Onokposa joins PDP

Mr, Jesutega Onokpasa who is now the erstwhile chieftain of the All Progressive Congress, APC, in Delta State, has dumped the party for People's Democratic Party, PDP.

Nigeria decides gathered that Onokpasa, who hitherto had been known as the most vocal voice of the party in Delta, said that Olorogun O’tega Emerho, and Mr. Samuel Adjogbe, Executive Director Projects of Niger Deltan Development Commission, NDDC are the subjects behind the reason why he left the party.

His words: “On behalf of O’tega and Adjogbe, I ended up quarrelling with political friends and associates of mine I had known ever before I met them. When APC started in Delta, it had no voice and I gave it the most committed and pronounced voice imaginable, making enemies of erstwhile political associates for the benefit of those two ingrates. For APC, I fought Governor Okowa, fought Tompolo. For O’tega and Adjogbe, I fought all manner of foes only for the ingrates to turn around and stab me in the back.

“ I thank God for bringing me back to base. APC is a party of pathological liars, backstabbers and famished men out to milk Delta State and Nigeria dry.

“O’tega and Adjogbe are the personification of self-centeredness. If APC has anything to offer, it would have proved it by now. It is a party of hungry, desperate, money-grubbing men with absolutely nothing to offer the common people.

“At the core of APC’s opposition to Okowa is crass tribalism and unconscionable mediocrity.”
Onokpasa said his primary purpose is to familiarize Deltans with the Okowa administration’s achievements and exposing the political antics of the APC.
